Founder and Director of the Distinct group
An entrepreneur at heart, Happy is a founder and a Director of the Distinct group of companies that currently has two subsidiaries, namely Distinct Business Services, an advisory company that offers, inter alia change management, business resourcing solutions and consulting services; as well as a Distinct Learning Institute, an academy which provides internationally recognised chartered institute for procurement and supply (CIPS) qualifications, fully accredited by CIPS (UK).
Happy holds a Master of Business Leadership (UNISA), Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Principles - Systems Thinking (University of Cape Town), a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Management (University of Pretoria), and a BSc (University of Witwatersrand). She is a Master HR Practitioner with South African Board of People Practices.
Egmont Grebe
Executive of Distinct Learning Institute
Egmont Grebe is an Executive with Distinct Learning Institute (Pty) Ltd. He started his professional career in 1994 as an Accountant with BIDVEST, Panalpina. He then joined Accenture as a Management Consultant in the Talent and Organisation Performance Service Line, under the Management Consulting capability. He left the organisation after 10 years as a Human Performance and Consulting Specialist with specific focus on Change Management. He has led several projects on Change Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, and ICT.
Egmont holds a B Comm, B Comm (Hons) in Business Management, and MComm degree in Performance, Change and Leadership. He is also a Master HR Practitioner in Organisation Development with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP), a Fellow with the Association of Change Practitioners, and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
Nhamo Simuka
Distinct Learning's Senior Lecturer
Nhamo is Distinct Learning's Senior Lecturer. He is a Procurement and Supply Chain Professional with 10 years of experience and knowledge in the training and development of Procurement and Supply Chain Professionals. He is an accredited MCIPS with the Chartered Institute of Procurement Supply (CIPS) Board and his expert advice is sought after by companies looking to restructure their Procurement and Supply Chain Functions. He is also a holder of a Diploma in Warehouse and Logistics Management. He is currently studying towards attaining an MBA.
Tshegofatso Motaung
Learning Institute Manager
Tshegofatso Motaung is a transformational leader with years of experience working in the corporate world, serving non-profit organisations, in politics and in the diplomatic community, where she worked as a Trade & Investment Advisor for the UK's International Trade Department. Motaung is a Chevening Scholar, with a master's degree in Global Political Economy from Sussex University (UK). She currently heads Distinct Learning Institute, which aims to train procurement and supply chain professionals with a transformational outlook.
